St. John Hill is a new development that is shortly to be built in Bansko, Bulgaria.
The property is being developed by 7M Property Partners. The architect of the development is Vladimir Tashev of Arka Studios who also design the Kempinski Grand Arena Hotel in Bansko. The development is to be constructed by Balkanstroy

Legality of the developments at St John Hill and St John Park were reviewed by the Bulgarian prosecution authorities in March 2007. We understand from 7M that all appears above board and their official statement can be downloaded here together with a copy of a written statement of ascertainment:
